Progress is fast and easy as you plunge downhill, arriving at a road when you reach the bottom. Turn left to reach the centre of Jevington. There is food aplenty available here with a pub, tea garden and restaurant which claims to be the place where banoffi pie was born! Jevington is a small village but could be described as a typical South Downs community with its lichen-covered flint
