DWORSHAK RESERVOIR Located in the Bitterroot Mountains of northern Idaho and administered by the Army Corps of Engineers, Dworshak is a 19,000-acre reservoir which was created by damming up the North Fork Clearwater River. Terrain in the region is rugged and often steep, with forests of ponderosa pine, hemlock, and western red cedar. Wildlife includes bear, bobcat, and coyote.
