					<description><![CDATA[<p>Aregua&#8217;s art scene is an odd mix of high-end art and kitsch, the latter mostly in the form of hokey ceramics. Stalls crammed with soccer jersey clad Porky Pig piggy banks line the street. Lawn ornaments from Snow White and the seven dwarves to herons and swans spill out onto the sidewalk. Particularly popular are frog couples &#8211; a grinning male and female frog, their genders made apparent by the female&#8217;s bright red lips and red and white polka-dot bow.
