					<description><![CDATA[<p>Centro de Interpretacion Astronomica Buenaventura Suarez As part of the push for improvements to the Ruta Jesuitica (Jesuit Route) Paraguay&#8217;s tourism ministry inaugurated the Centro de Interpretacion Astronomica Buenaventura Suarez astronomy center in early 2010. The center is located in what used to be the casa de indios (indigenous dwellings) sector of the San Cosme mission (across the plaza from the church). The planetarium and observatory (equipped with an eleven inch Celestron telescope) allows visitors to place themselves in the shoes of Father Buenaventura Suarez, Jesuit priest and astronomer, observing the night skies of San Cosme y Damian. Summer 7am-6pm </p>
