Louis-Tullius-Joachim Visconti From Korea Louis Visconti was born in Rome into a high-achieving family of archeologists and art historians. Visconti studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and quickly achieved fame as an architect. Although he designed many cityian buildings and squares, including the new Louvre (1852-1853), he is most well known for designing the tomb of Napoleon at Les Invalides.
