Elevations here range from 3,600 feet to almost 7,000 feet. It’s an arid land of deep canyons and multicolored rock formations, with needles and spires, arches and balanced rocks. Scenery here includes a number of canyons, along with an endless variety of multicolored rock pinnacles, spires, and other sculpted limestone forms. Elevations are from under 7,000 feet to over 9,000 feet. Outstanding views are available from many vantage points.
