					<description><![CDATA[<p>Visit to Utah RECOMMENDED LOCATIONS MANTI-LASAL NATIONAL FOREST This National Forest consists of a large unit of ; land in central Utah, along with two tracts in the southeastern part of the state. On these lands are the Abajo and Lasal Mountains, with peaks over 12,000 feet, and also the high Wasatch Plateau. There&#8217;s one designated wilderness area, the 45,000-acre Dark Canyon Wilderness. Scenery throughout the National Forest includes cirque ba-I sins, narrow canyons with red rock cliffs, mesas, ridges, hills, and some creeks. Vegetation ranges from cactus and sagebrush to pinyon-juniper and forests of spruce-fir, ponderosa pine, and aspen. </p>

					<description><![CDATA[<p>Utah Guide for Tourist CANYONLANDS NATIONAL PARK This wild and undeveloped National Park is situated on the Colorado Plateau in southeast Utah. Elevations here range from 3,600 feet to almost 7,000 feet. It&#8217;s an arid land of deep canyons and multicolored rock formations, with needles and spires, arches and balanced rocks. The Colorado and Green Rivers flow through the park. An area of special interest is the Maze, a complex of canyons. Much of the vegetation consists of desert varieties, with pinyon-juniper. 					<description><![CDATA[<p>Travel to Utah DIXIE NATIONAL FOREST Consisting of four units in south-central and southwest Utah, including lands next to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks, this is the largest National Forest in the state. Elevations range from under 4,000 feet to over 11,000 feet, with 11,322-foot Bluebell Knoll the highest point. There are canyons with steep cliffs, colorful rock formations and pinnacles, plateaus and mesas, along with a number of lakes and streams. Forests are of fir and pine, plus pinyon and juniper.
