I’ve been camping in my tent reading. I arrived in Damascus on the 6th and as I’m meeting up with Suzanne, a Melbourne friend, on the 12th I decided to camp about 500 m out of town on the trail to avoid accommodation costs. As I am going to be here a little while I’ve bought an esky and have been providing a little trail magic via cold

New York City – 911 Memorial and Ground Zero Walking Tour You know, a lot of sightseeing tour is about fun and excitement. But today is gonna be a little bit different. This post I’m gonna take a tour of Ground Zero and the 9/11 Memorial. This beautiful building right behind me is Tower One. It is formerly called The Freedom Tower. And it is not exactly where the old towers were. But we are standing right now in Ground Zero. I thought the tour was absolutely fantastic, very informative. Learned a lot about the World Trade Center and everything
