Get to know the spiritual heart of Fez, take in historical sites in the old city of Rabat, and enjoy famed Casablanca, as well as ‘the pearl of the south’, Marrakech.
A major feature of Morocco is its cuisine, of course, and any traditional Moroccan meal is bound to come with couscous (or ‘seksu’ as the locals call it), paired with either beef, chicken or veg. It comes in a tagine: a clay cooking pot with a conical lid that lets food deliciously bubble away.
Our mouths are watering just thinking about it! Morocco is also known for chermoula, a fish dish that uses herbs and spices in a marinade and dipping sauce. And don’t forget to sample the aromatic delights from the street-food vendors.
