Unless it’s the weekend, it’s a good idea to call ahead to see if Apostrophe is open; the lounge has been known to close for private events during the week and on slow nights the club will close its doors before the posted closing times. On the weekends, Apostrophe makes its bid for a piece of the club business with blaring hip-hop music and a packed dance floor. Earlier in the evenings, it has more lounge appeal and a terrific drink menu that includes 48 different martinis, 53 premium wines, and 37 specialty beers. To up its lounge cred, VIP memberships are offered. Handing over $100 for the Elite VIP membership will give you the chance to create and name your own drink and have it added to the menu.

The settlers succumb to disease and hostile Native Countrys, while La Salle fails to locate the Mississippi and is killed by his own men in 1687. The few survivors return to Montreal on foot.
