What’s cool about it?
1. This replica of a small-town Main Street from early 1900s America is the gateway to the entire Disneyland Park. Listen for cheerful ragtime piano music and the barbershop quartet singers.
2. Stop at the Fire Station next door to City Hall. Walt Disney lived in an apartment on its top floor during his park’s construction. These days, you can climb on the fire wagon parked inside.

3. Catch the Disneyland Railroad here for a quick ride to New Orleans Square, Mickey’s Toontown, or Tomorrowland. The train takes about twenty minutes to go around the whole park.
4. Take a picture in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle after you catch a quick ride on one of the Main Street Vehicles, such as a horse-drawn street car or fire truck.
5. Watch The Disneyland Story, Featuring Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln inside the Disneyland Opera House and check out classic Mickey Mouse cartoons at the Main Street Cinema. Buy some treats at the Candy Palace, press a penny at the Penny Arcade, and squeeze plush souvenirs at the Emporium.
