This journey of a lifetime ends at Cape Town Station. ACCOMMODATION Imagine a moving hotel equipped with a Victorian- glass-enclosed look-out spaces (in the form of observation cars), a cigar room, and lounges with deep sofas and wingbacked chairs.

Guests have a choice between three suites: the Pullman, Deluxe or Royal. While some are more spacious (and, well, pricey) than others, the woodpanelling and Edwardian features makes for a truly comfortable trip, and all of the suites have bathrooms (shower only in Pullman and Deluxe; free-standing bath in Royal).
