Wichita State University – Edwin A. Ulrich Museum of Art Photo Gallery
The Edwin A. Ulrich Museum of Art houses a permanent collection of over 7,500 objects, with 19th-and 20th-century European and American paintings, drawings, sculpture, and prints forming the core of the collection. A major aspect of the collection is the 65-piece outdoor sculpture collection, including works by Rodin, Moore. Xevelson. Rickey. Chadwick, Jimenez, and Miro, among others. There is also an extensive collection of works by the American marine artist, Frederick Judd Waugh. Also of possible interest on campus is the Clayton Staples Gallery (open: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 978-3555) on the second floor of the McKnight Art Center, which presents temporary exhibitions of the work of students and professional artists.
