From it a road heads up and over the busy railway line to reach the Bowling road (A814). Across the road there is a bus stop for buses back to Clydebank/Glasgow, a service operating about every quarter of an hour. For trains, a ten-minute walk west along the main road leads to the station. A car park is passed on the way, overlooking the Old Bowling Basin, and visiting cars should be parked here, not down by the travel destination basin.
