Letterkenny, although difficult to navigate, is a lively place to make bus connections to the rest of Donegal, the Republic, and Northern Ireland. Buses leave from the junction of Port Rd. and Pearse Rd. in front of the shopping center. Bus fiire- ann (912 1309) runs to: Derry (30min. 3-9 per day, ‚6.50); Dublin (4!4hr. 4-6 per day, ‚15); Galway (4%hr. 4 per day, ‚17) via Donegal Town (50min. ‚7.20); and Sligo (2hr. 4-5 per day, ‚12). Lough Swillv ( 912 2863) runs to Derry (M-Sa 11 per day, ‚5.60) and the Inishowen Peninsula (3-4 per day, ‚5.70). The Chamber of Commerce Visitors Information Centre is at 40 Port Rd. (24 866.
