The Move ➸ PUSHUPS WITH VARIATIONS Rocking a strapless dress? Show of a bangin’ upper bod. Pushups are the answer. Start with your hands against the wall; then once you’ve built some strength, try 12 to 14 reps on your knees, on your toes or even with one arm.
The Recipe ➸ ROASTED RED PEPPER HUMMUS This snack pairs perfectly with seasonal veggies or roasted sweet potatoes. Combine 1 can cooked, drained and rinsed chickpeas with 2 cloves garlic, 2 tablespoons tahini, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ½ cup jarred roasted red peppers, ½ teaspoon ground cumin and ½ teaspoon smoked paprika in a high-speed blender or food processor. Pulse to combine, then scrape the sides. With the motor running (and the cover on!), stream in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Continue blending until smooth and creamy, then add sea salt to taste.
