You can’t order freedom fries at Lulu. The menu is pure French, from the chicken Cecelia with creme fraiche potatoes and natural jus to the croque madame. Co-owner Fabrice DiNonno is a native of France who brought all of the culinary sophistication and none of the attitude to the Plaza Midwood restaurant.
