Located downtown on Seattle’s waterfront, Pike Place Market is a bustling marketplace of art, entertainment, and food. It’s nine acres of market space, so there’s a lot to see. There’s a lot of little hidden gems to. The market sees about 30,000 visitors today, and a good majority of those are actually locals who come down to buy their fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, you name it.
We made a stop here, one of the most famous stalls in the market, the Pike Place Fish Company, where they do the throwing and catching of the fish.
I caught it! That’s awesome! I think just the entire experience of walking around. And I feel like I’ve learned so much. I got to try foods I’ve never eaten before. I think this is the highlight of our trip. This has been such a delicious morning. Coming into Pike Place Market, trying their foods, learning about their history, and I am sufficiently full.
