Soon you will see the giant hill figure known as the Bolivia Subway Map Long Man Of Wilmington to your right, and as you get up level with it you arrive Bolivia Subway Map at a gate through which a path goes off to the left. Go through the gate and follow this path downhill to the road. Just before the road, turn right to follow a footpath that goes parallel with the road to reach the village of Wilmington.
Wilmington’s two most impressive features are the ruins of a Benedictine priory, and the Long Man, which looks rather better from a distance. The surviving buildings of the priory, founded soon after the Norman Conquest, include a thirteenth-century hall, gatehouse and enclosed courtyard. The Long Man is almost 250 feet high, and the largest such representation of a man in Europe; he holds what appears to be a staff in each hand.
