Overlooking Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park, the Enjoy Centre is a remarkable multi-use facility the size of six football fields. Its many features include a bakery, deli, housewares boutique, floral studio, and greenhouse. The glass roof, imported from Holland, makes you feel like you’re outside on a warm day, no matter the time of year. Christmas season visitors will appreciate the sight of the 20,000 poinsettias that fill the centre.
You might visit the Enjoy Centre just to see the remarkable building or enhance your experience with a 45- to 60-minute workshop on flower arranging, wine tasting, or gardening. Plan ahead to attend a cooking demonstration or healthy-living seminar. Behind-the-scenes tours take visitors through the greenhouses and nursery to hear about the Hole family history, as well as the planting process, specialized watering system, and other environmental aspects of this unique building. Visit the Glass House Bistro and Cafe for casual or fine dining, and Amaranth Whole Foods Market to bring home tasty organic and locally sourced products.
