In this post the best 4 star hotels in Mallorca, based on hours of online research and my own visit to over 250 hotels in Mallorca. Let’s get started right away with the first one. The first hotel is the hotel Son Moll Sentits, right next to the beach of Son Moll in Cala Ratjada. All the rooms and the pool are overlooking the beach, so ideal for a beach holiday. But the hotel itself has more to offer then just its great location. On all the websites I checked, the hotel Son Moll Sentits scored the highest on all categories for hotels in its class in Cala Ratjada. For the Grupotel Playa de Palma I wish I had a post or would have been allowed to post in this hotel at the time of my visit since the hotel is much nicer then these pictures represent. The whole hotel has a very grand and royal feel and is very peaceful, quiet and relaxed.

I don’t know how old the Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites and Spa is but everything feels very pristine, clean and new. The hotel Viva Mallorca is a beautiful hotel in Can Picafort. Most hotels here are pretty small but this is a big hotel with large gardens and many different pools to choose from. The hotel also offers a great day and night time entertainment for the entire family. Hotel Riu Bravo in Playa de Palma has recently been completely renovated to offer a great new modern hotel. One of the things I liked here was how there were many different pools spread out over the hotel. Like this it feels much more private even tho the hotel Riu Bravo is pretty big. The Sol Wave House in Magaluf is a pretty new hotel right next to the beach of Magaluf. It offers a modern interior and youthful atmosphere. From the infinity pool you have a great view over the beach and there are also 2 flowriding pools to enjoy. On all review websites I checked Sol Wave House had very high ratings and also in real life did not fail to live up to these scores. Hipotel Said is a great 4 star hotel in Cala Millor. The whole hotel felt very fresh and clean during my visit.
There is a great centrally located pool with everything set around it, like a small playground as well as a great selection of sunbeds and sunloungers. Hipotel Said has many different room options, so make sure you book the right one for you. The hotel Palmira Paradise in Paguera also had very high scores. One thing that was specifically mentioned was the very nice and helpfull staff in the hotel. I liked the wide open spaces. So even tho the hotel was pretty quiet in October during my visit, even in summer when the hotel most likely is more busy with children, there is still plenty of space to find a relaxing spot in the hotel Palmira Paradise. The hotel is located in the back of Paguera but thats still only about 200 meters walking from the beach and all the restaurants.
