With fantastic beaches along both coasts, a plethora of historic ruins and a rich culture, Mexico is a popular spot for tourists looking for some fun in the sun. For this list we’ll be looking at a selection of the many underrated destinations in Mexico that are well worth your visit. We’ve left off formerly underrated spots like Tulum because of increasing popularity, but we’ll have to do a second list to cover all the rest.
