What’s the best thing about your job? I have a real passion for what I do. I love explaining the history of rum to our guests; the process of distillation and how rums differ according to how they are aged and where they come from.
What is your favourite cocktail? he Tea Mojito -an Asian twist on a Latin classic with jasmine tea added into the mix.
What one thing is a must for visiting honeymooners? A journey through the flavours and aromas of rum with me at the Cane Bar, of course!
